OVERALL PERSONALITY: Shane is... well, a bitch. She can be mean and will not hesitate to state what comes to thought at moments. Yes, she does learn to keep her thoughts to herself during certain times but ocassionally things just slip out. It happens. This whole personality side is something you want to avoid, unless you don't care her telling you how she really feels about you. Sarcasm is also another thing that comes around. She'll say smart-ass comments and tends to do so more around her friends. However, due to the sarcasm, Shane often believes that she is stuck with stupid people and knowing her band, she kinda is.
But! That's just kind of the bad side of her. There are good things, sort of. She can be nice even though she doesn't appear to be. Once you get to know Shane, she can be the type that will do a lot for her friends. Sadly not to many get to know her. She will also stick up for people, listen, and blah blah blah. It just takes some time and usually a few rounds of alcohol or morphine. Those two are her main addictions and if you give her either of the two, then you are considered a really good friend.
Now going back to the more negative side, Shane has a rather violent mean streak. She can and will put up a fight if you piss her off good enough, and the amount of alcohol in her system depends on how willing she is to hurt some one. But luckily there has only been one or two incidents that she's been in and is trying not to plan on being in any more, but things change. So, I think it is honestly just best if you just stay away from her. Her mood changes quite drastically and rather often if I may add.[/color][/font][/ul]

OVERALL HISTORY:Linda and Kyle met each other in Las Vegas. She was fifteen and he was nineteen. Things just kind of happened and the next thing they knew, they ended up together the next morning. It was a one night stand and nothing more. Both went their seperate ways, and that was it. About a month later, Linda discovered that she was pregnant. Her mother was upset and did not support this at all. She wanted her daughter to get an abortion or give the baby up for adoption, but was leaning more on the first idea. Linda wasn't happy with her mother's actions so she simply ran away.
Linda managed to discover where Kyle was and he offered her a place to stay. She agreed and planned to stay there till the baby was born, maybe even longer, since Kyle's parents were more supporting than Linda's. Seven months later, Linda had a boy. They named him Jeffry. After Jeffry was born, Linda attempted to go back to school, and was able to do so with the help of Kyle's parents. She soon finished high school and got married to Kyle afterwards. Seven months later, Linda had taken a vacation trip to London and came back with a child; a girl. Kyle, being a guy, was not exactly fond of having a girl so they at least decided to give it a boy's name. That girl was soon named Shane De Claire.
Shane was a curious baby. She wanted to learn, but didn't exactly get the chance to do that. By the time she was born, both parents had discovered acohol and drugs. They became addicted to whatever they could and slowly began to forget that Jeffry and Shane even existed. Kyle's parents still continued to raise the two until they were fed up with having to fully take care of their grand children. So they told both Linda and Kyle to straighten up or they would call child services to come and take their children away. Both agreed and decided to move out of Las Vegas since that lifestyle wasn't working for them. They packed up what they had and moved all the way to New York, assuming that it was a better life for all of them. Well, that was partially true and partially not.
Linda got a job in the acting field while Kyle got a job in engineering. Both Shane and Jeffry went to school. There however, they were known as the outsider kids and were often teased for various things. Life in New York was tough, but they all managed to survive there for several years. By the time Shane was eight, things began to change within the family. Linda had taken up photography and was constantly leaving for photo shoots and such. Kyle began to change as well. He was becoming more moody, constantly arguing with Jeffry and Linda when she was around. Shane of course was still young and didn't entirely understand much.
She really became clueless when one night Jeffry woke her up and said that they were leaving. Loving her brother very much, she agreed and left with the boy. They didn't get far though since the cops thought it was fairly odd that a twelve year old was walking with an eight year old down a high way. So that plan backfired and they were sent back home. That incident however seemed to stir up trouble with everyone. A few years had passed and that was when disaster struck. Linda had the hots for some guy that she was taking pictures of and he supposedly liked her back. In the end, they ended up running away together. This only caused Kyle to become sober enough again to move them out of New York and all the way to California. That move didn't make things better, but only worse.
Jeffry especially was having the worst of times after the move. Being fifteen, he began to take up drugs, acohol, sex and theft. He kept constantly getting in trouble, just enough to set Kyle over the edge again. He picked up his bad habits once more and still took out his anger on Jeffry, but began on taking it out on Shane too. With having no one to protect her, Shane began to freak out and after about two years of it, she attempted to run away. This attempt was more successful than the last, since she was gone for about a few weeks before being found. During that time though, Shane just picked up rides whenever she could get them and managed to end up all the way in Arizona, almost to New Mexico. She too was sent back, only to find out that Jeffry wasn't there any more. He enrolled into the military. This seemed to cause only anxiety on Shane's part, which caused her to just retreat into a ball of self-pity.
About a year passed, nothing much happened. Well, sort of. Jeffry came back for a few months but would then leave again. Shane was also teased at school, which was another added thing of stress on her part. So she began to try drugs and acohol, finding that appealing the most. Then came the sex and before she knew it, Shane was an addict to all three. She tried to stop after a while of it, and did for a bit, just for a bit. After Shane stopped, she decided that she didn't want to live in California anymore so, she moved back to Las Vegas after discovering that an aunt lived there. The aunt, Aunt Jodie, and Shane became very close, even though they haven't known each other for long. Shane tried to finish out high school and did, but barely. After school, she really had nothing to do so she resorted back to drugs and acohol. Things were great, until Shane realized that to get what she wanted, she needed money, and she didn't have any money.
What did she do about it? She tried to get a job, of course. However, things didn't work out. Each job had some reason or another for Shane to either hate it or get fired. Nothing seemed to work for her and soon Shane ended up beyond poor. Aunt Jodie however, wouldn't really help her. She'd just give advice and hope that her niece would take it. Slowly Shane got fed up with her grandma and the fact that she was poorer than dirt so she went to one option, prostitution. Well, it first started out at as her working at a strip club but after hearing she could get even more money, Shane couldn't refuse that idea. Yes, she had sunk that low, but she needed the money if she were ever going to survive. Well, Shane got the money she wanted so she decided to pack up what she had and leave to go some where besides Las Vegas.
Shane got rides like she had done before in the past and soon ended up in Florida. Why Florida? No particular reason. There Shane had dropped her bad habits and decided to start singing at small clubs. One day a man convinced Shane to go to college so she could get a "better" job. So for whatever reason, Shane went to college. That was where she met Kris, who soon became her best friend. The two were really close, until after a few months, Kris went to a college in Chicago. They still kept in touch though but it soon started to come to a close.
That was when Shane met Jeff. He seemed like the sweetest guy and was even cute too. They began to hang out quite often, Shane forgetting to write to Kris and he forgetting about his own friends. Soon the two were so in love that they couldn't contain it any more, so in love that they planned to get married after they graduated from college. Shane was beyond thrilled with the idea, until she saw Jeff's true side one night. He was an acoholic and came home pissed for some idiotic reason. He began to start a fight with her and it didn't end too pretty.
Finally, the two graduated and as planned, had their wedding. Shane was still happy but in a way wanted to say 'I don't' when suppose to say 'I do'. But she tried to put all the bad aside and kept thinking about the good thoughts. After being married for about a month or two, Shane met up with Kris again and met Edward Livian. They all soon formed a band after hearing how good they sounded on their own instruments. Soon they received a drummer, Lily, and then got signed onto a record company. In a matter of months, their band became famous. They called themselves Zombies of the Riot!. Things were great, but nothing can go right, can they?
One day, Shane discovered that she was pregnant. At first she was not thrilled, neither was her band. It was going to mess everything up but eventually everyone accepted the fact that she was going to have a child. Everyone accepted but Shane. She was unpleased and eventually did the unthinkable and got an abortion. After that though, Jeff began to go back to being an acoholic. Once becoming an acoholic again, he began to be violent, occasionally hitting Shane for no apparent reason. Shane on the other hand was on overload with being famous and having to deal with Jeff. Once reaching the age twenty-five, Shane filed for divorce.
Divorce was suppose to help but it didn't. But she continued on with her band, finding that the best healing. After a year with no husband, Linda finally returned. Linda had sunk to the lowest of low in her life, just as bad as Shane was many years back. Shane also found out that she had a younger sister named Emily. Linda and Emily had no where to go so Shane offered up to live with her in Hollywood, where she was going to be moving.
That was a big mistake. Having Linda and Emily live with her was disaster and slowly drained all of Shane's money, to the point where she was back to having nothing. Shane had to sell her nice house and buy a crappier one to live in. Currently Shane lives in some shitty place with Linda (who works as a waitress) and Emily and has to get a side job since being famous doesn't get you a lot of money. She's now known as the Rock Queen, her band coming in second after Autumn Falls.[/color][/font][/ul]
