Butler, NY is just one of the many small towns on the outskirts of the
notorious New York City. In this case, Butler is like a mini NYC. There's
always something to do, no matter the hour, and everyone's got their own
crazy drama going on. Not unlike the big city, Butler is centralized around
the drug industry. Now, even the main supplier in Butler is way down on
the totem pole when it comes to the drug industry, but in Butler, he's the
most well-protected guy in the city. When you're a dealer, the more clients
you have, the bigger commission you make, so it's not hard to see why there
are so many dealers, and though they all work for the same guy, they're still
rivals. Of course, even the addicts don't dare shout about which dealer they
get their drugs from, because there is a narc in the midst of this society,
desperately trying to discover who the head honcho around Butler is.
