Love was something that Eme had thought was the most beautiful, most amazing thing she could ever experience. She thought that when she was in high school she had learned what love was like. She thought she had been in the serious kind of love that felt amazing. That love that she felt in high school was love, but was nothing at all compared to what she felt like now. Madden was possibly the most beautiful man she’d ever laid eyes on, his smile was one of the most beautiful and unique she’d ever seen. She was in love with his laugh, and the sparkle in his eye when he was excited by something. Everything about him, she was in love with. In some ways, she was obsessed with him, but he was all she wanted and all she needed to survive.
In two weeks she loved him more than she imagined some people would ever love another person in a lifetime. Madden Greyson was her world, he was her life, he was her everything and nothing could take what they had away when they had it so tightly in their hold. She loved every second she was with him, they didn’t even have to talk all they needed was the presence of each other. Her mother had practically gone crazy at the first mention of her saying she had a boyfriend one day when the day before she didn’t even have so much as a crush. Not only had her mother been shocked, but she had been thrilled. She felt like it had been too long since her daughter had had a real ‘boyfriend’ rather than just dates. Her mother had always been one for marrying young, and she loved her daughter falling in love, though still worried that it was too fast.
Eme didn’t care; she knew what was right for herself. She knew Madden was right for her. They had been pretty much inseparable since the moment they met, it was near unbearable to be without him, and Emelia tried to make sure that she was with him as much as she could be. Today they were going to Anna Ruby Falls, and Eme was fully equipped with her camera. The Falls were a good mile or two away from where the cars were meant to be left, and the day was cool and windy while the sun smiled brightly down at everything and everyone. Anna Ruby Falls was a popular place to go, but still it wasn’t often that there would be hoards of people at the falls. It was most common for the falls to be uninhabited and empty. That’s what made it so romantic, no matter what time of day or year, when you needed it most; Anna Ruby Falls provided seclusion and romance all in one.
Eme held the camera up and focused it on Madden, smiling a little as she snapped the photo. As it had been said over and over before, a picture is worth a thousand words. It was so true. The words that she couldn’t form came out in the photos she took and the things she loved stayed in them, unchangeable and unmoving, forever. “You take great pictures.” Emelia said to Madden, moving the camera from her face and smiling at him. Her boyfriend, god she wished they would be more than that as soon as they could. Why wait….hadn’t she thought that way before? Madden was different, Madden wasn’t Sebastian… Madden was perfection, Sebastian was… Sebastian… “You should be a model.” The girl smiled.
ooc ;; so it sucks, I'm sorry! D;

It seemed that Madden and Eme were already in sync. Even only after two weeks of official dating. Madden believed they'd become in sync the moment they made eye contact. That was the moment for him, or maybe it was the moment when she first said his name. She'd only been asking who he was but the way she said it was simply angelic. There was nothing stopping him from loving her; no other man or woman, none of his friends -they all approved greatly. He planned to keep it that way.
The night at his party wasn't the best, after all it had gotten busted and he'd been taken away for a few hours. Though, after he posted his bail he went looking for her only to make sure she got out safe. He was sure he saw Jason make sure she got out, but he needed to be sure. If she'd have gotten caught there was no doubt that he would've gone to get her and taken her home; he wasn't sure if that would've been his house or hers. Eme had gotten out safe, apparently, because he didn't see her until the next day. But it was all good with him. He was happy.
Madden knew that she loved him as much as he loved her in return. The thought made him smile. It was definitely hard for Madden to believe he'd ever fall in love, again. After Avery the male simply went down hill and continued past rock bottom. The male had put up walls and walls of concrete around his heart and let nobody in. Avery would have been here now, if it wasn't for him, they'd be married already and probably on the verge of kids.. If it wasn't for him he'd be happy with his first love. Unfortunately people can't turn back the hands of time. Avery wasn't meant to live, she wasn't meant to carry a life.. but he knew that she'd loved him until her death. That was enough for him.
The male knew why Eme had broke his walls so easily. He knew why he fell in love with her almost instantly, and he knew why he couldn't let her go now. She was almost exactly like Avery in every way; her gorgeous hair, wonderful eyes, that lopsided smile with her teeth only slightly larger than they should be, the way she laughed.. Even the way she carried herself and sometimes even the way she dressed reminded him of Avery. Hell, he believed that they could be twins if she were still here. But she wasn't. Eme was his life now. He'd have to let go of Avery, though he wasn't sure it could happen that easily.
Anna Ruby falls was one of Madden's favourite places. It was simply amazing for any purpose. The first time Madden visited it himself he broke down and cried for hours. He'd imagined himself marrying Avery there, but she'd already been gone. It was a good thing nobody usually ever came around, even though it was beautiful. Madden pushed Avery away from his mind for, hopefully, the last time just then and smiled into the camera. "You're so lucky I love you, you know." His accent rang out when she lowered the camera from her face and he offered her a wider grin. "Nobody else is allowed to take pictures of me." Except Avery... Stop! He scolded himself silently and did a great job of keeping his inner conflict off of his face. She's gone.
"A model?" Madden laughed quite loudly. "Babe, if anyone here should be a model it's you." The male stepped closer to her and wrapped a hand around her waist before grabbing at the camera in her hand. He held it up and snapped a picture of them together. He'd been looking at her, not the lens, when the shutter sounded and he smiled. "That one is for me..." He stated as he handed the camera back, placed a kiss on her cheek and tightened his grip on her waist; this time with both arms wrapped around her from behind.
ooc; it didn't suck, kris. mine does though, even though it's so long. haha

A single shutter of a camera, flash or no flash could capture the whole world. A camera could capture life, still and motionless, but life. A camera could capture ugly, beautiful, love and hate, a camera could hold the world in its lens. That was one of the millions of reasons that Eme loved photographer, because she wanted to capture the world, she wanted to hold a still fragment of life in her hands. It was like she held all the power in her own piece of the world when she was able to capture a photo. Holding something unchangeable and motionless, but still life; still life, wasn’t that applicable to everything? “You’re lucky I love you…” Eme loved the three words at the end of that statement, especially when that beautiful accent from that beautiful man had said it to her.
Why did he love her? What made her special? Her, miss Emelia Automne Tanner, miss ‘I have never lived outside of Encore’ miss plain and simple… what made someone like Madden Greyson love someone like her? Madden was colorful, Madden was charming and beautiful, Madden had a beautiful accent, Madden had a beautiful personality, Madden was caring and Madden was perfect. She was everything that someone like Madden should not love, Madden was supposed to be in love with a girl that would easily rival his perfection, not someone that was simple standing next to him. Not someone that looked plain next to something so beautiful, so divine.
“Everyone should be allowed to take your picture.” Eme smiled to him. “Oh I see, you don’t want the world to fall in love with you; you don’t want to live the celebrity life, huh?” She wondered if he had known Jason Levito long enough to know what it was like to live like a celebrity, to have cameras catching your every move. To have people taking parts of your soul away with ever motionless and unchangeable photograph they snapped. “I could never model, I’m not photogenic or pretty enough.” Eme laughed her statement off and smiled at Madden as he took the camera and extended it in front of them.
She smiled in that moment and it wasn’t one of those posing for photograph smiles, it was one of the true smiles that just happened in the moment. Her smile widened as Madden continued to hold her, tightening his hold on her waist. She liked to think that he did that because he couldn’t imagine letting her go. Oh what a hopeless little romantic, it got her into trouble before, Sebastian and her… Why did she compare this to what they had? They didn’t make it, for many reason, Sebastian and her couldn’t have worked out… no one falls in love and high school and is lucky enough to have it last. Now Eme didn’t miss Sebastian, or the way he kissed, or the way he held her so similarly to the Madden held her.
She pushed Sebastian out of her thoughts and pressed the play back button on her camera and looked at the picture, smiling as she did. “I love it.” She said smiling she bit her lower lip softly, a wave of happiness rolling through her body. She turned and faced Madden, looking up at him. “I love you.” She whispered to him, laying her head on his chest and trying to get as close to him as she could. She wrapped her arms around his waist, holding onto him as if she was drowning and he could keep her above the water.

Emelia was like Avery in almost every way he could imagine. It hurt, of course, but it also felt good. Madden was never too sure if he'd ever find anyone else for him after Avery's death. He supposed it was just luck to end up with two amazing women in his life time. As Eme turned into him and whispered I love you his heart almost melted. His hands found her back and rubbed it without thinking about it. "I love you too." His words were thickly accented and he sighed a happy sigh. The male smiled and pressed his lips to the top of her head.
Madden knew he loved her. And he knew that he'd never get sick of her saying that she loved him. Madden would've said it every moment of every day if he knew she wouldn't grow tired of hearing it. It was all fine. He was happier with Eme than he had been in a long while and it was great. The male stepped away slowly, though keeping contact. He chewed on his lip for a moment, thinking, before raising her chin with a few fingers. It was a fluid motion, in one second they were standing apart just looking at eachother and the next their lips were locked. Madden smiled into the kiss.
It lasted maybe a few minutes but Madden didn't feel it was long enough. It was unfortunate though, because he had to pull away. He had a plan; something he shouldn't have been thinking about but he was too excited not to ask. As the male pulled away he licked his lips and smiled slightly. "I have a question for you..." Madden stepped a little further away to keep temptation from ruining his consentration. "Shall we go for a walk?" Madden gestured to a trail that outlined the rout of the fall's river. He offered her a wink and laced their fingers together as he began walking.

Emelia Automne Tanner had always been a hopeless romantic. The first time she saw the Notebook she had declared that she wanted to be like Allie and Noah that was the way she wanted to be loved. She wanted that kind of love, the kind of love that never died, not even when things were looking worse than ever. Eme thought romance was the greatest thing in the world and she had believed love to be the greatest emotion, she believed that love could save anyone. She thought that people were happiest when they were in love; even if sometimes they couldn’t stand the person they loved… they still loved them.
She felt that way, for the past two weeks with Madden. This was love like she never felt before; it was the kind of love that she heard about in fairytales. It was the kind of love that every little girl dreamed about. She could see herself spending the rest of her life with Madden, being old and having grey hair with him seventy years from now while their grandchildren ran around having a great time all around them. She could see herself with him forever. Till death us do part… she could say that to Madden today, two weeks after meeting him and still mean every syllable of all five words.
His kiss was electrical to her, it was amazing and she enjoyed every moment of each one. Her fingers toyed in his hair as they kissed and she hated when they stopped. She smiled at him though, still wishing that the kiss didn’t have to ever end. “A question?” She asked a smile catching her lips and a little laugh falling out of her throat. No of course she didn’t expect him to get down on one knee and propose, there was not a thought of that, but she did find herself excited over just a question. She laced her fingers with his as he did and bit her lower lip softly. “So, what’s this question?” She asked as they walked.

Madden was crazy to think that Eme would go for his idea. She might say yes.. He doubted it though, he highly doubted it. However, they'd only been together for two weeks and already began to say "I love you" to each other. That didn't matter though, he did and it was the reason he was about to ask her one hell of a hard question for him. Avery had been the only other person to live with him -besides his mother at least. This was going to be a big leap, but one he was willing to take.
If she said no now, it wouldn't make a difference. Madden knew it was very early to ask her such a thing, but whatever. It was going to come out now, he'd already mentioned a question. Madden wouldn't break into tears if she refused his offer, but he would be hurt. He could always ask again, and he was sure to if it came back negative. Madden looked up from the ground as they walked and glanced at Eme quickly. "Uh.. Well." He started, clearly nervous. "I was just curious to know.."
The male sighed. Just get it out.. He scoffed, if only it was that easy. He stopped walking and placed his hands on Eme's shoulders. He looked down into her eyes and knew he should just say it if he wanted it to ever come out. "How comfortable are you with living at home?" Madden removed his hands and shoved them into his pockets. The male's eyes darted from her face quickly to the ground. Madden wasn't sure how she'd react to the question so he stayed silent, not wanting to ruin it any more than he probably already had.

Emelia had never seen Madden look nervous or even look anything less than confident in himself, not yet at least. So seeing him like this, nervous or whatever he was, was adorable to her. She thought it was cuter than anything that whatever question, whatever he was wondering about was so difficult for him to get out. She stopped and looking him directly in the eye as he put his hands on her shoulders, and then he asked the question and she stared at him completely shocked. She didn’t know what to say, she had never expected something like that to come out of his mouth… was he trying to ask her to move in with him?
“I mean it’s a little strange with my mom and David, but it’s not too bad…” She said feeling like once again, she couldn’t shut the word vomit off and she hated that. She hated feeling so stupid and so embarrassed around anyone, more than anyone else though she hated that feeling when she was with Madden. She smiled at him though she felt like an idiot and could feel her cheeks tinted a soft pink color. “Are… are you asking me to move in with you?” The question was cautious and right after she had voiced it; she began to think that maybe that wasn’t what he was asking. Maybe that wasn’t at all what he was asking and she started to get worried that she was making a complete fool of herself.
She didn’t think Madden would ever be the type to laugh at her were she wrong about something like that, but she knew that she would still be embarrassed. Probably when Madden wasn’t around she’d even want to hit herself for asking something so stupid, but here she was, trying to put on this face that didn’t show that she was afraid she interpreted his question the wrong way.

She didn't seem upset to Madden, maybe that was a good thing. But it could also be a bad thing. Two weeks wasn't very long of a time, you couldn't get to know anybody truly in that amount of time. He was definitely crazy for asking her what he did, if you could call it asking. Hell, Eme could be a serial killer and he wouldn't know it until she tried to suffocate him the first night she moved in.. that is if she did. Madden was probably more happy with the idea of her being a serial killer and actually moving in than her saying no. That way he could live with her, even if it was for a short amount of time.
The male chewed on his cheek for a moment while he listened to her angelic voice. It was his own music, and he could listen to it every second if she had no chance of losing her voice. Madden knew how she felt about her "word vomit" problem and he was completely opposite to her in that aspect. He thought it was utterly adorable when she rambled, yes Madden found her "word vomit" sexy in a way. The thought made him laugh slightly and he looked up to her. "Yeah. I.. uh..." He paused for a moment. Madden's hand came up and brushed a small piece of hair off her face.
Madden loved the way she looked all the time. Silly bed head hair styles all the time, uncomplicated outfits. She was simply amazing; even if she thought herself as ordinary. She was far from ordinary in Madden's eyes, to him she was just what he needed. Balance. After all, the world needed balance and so did Madden Cole Greyson. Emelia Automne Tanner was his balance. "Yeah, I guess I am." The male offered her a large grin as the tips of his fingers grazed her cheekbone.

“Oh my god!” It was all she could say, what else could she say. Well there were actually a lot of things that miss Eme Tanner could have conjured up to say. For one she could have screamed “Hell yes!” and Jumped on Madden and pretty much raped him right then and there. Well that was really saying and doing. She also could have just calmly said “yes” but that was so unlike Eme, so she did the only thing she thought she could do and she squealed “Oh my god!” because she was so thrilled at the idea. Two weeks was a short period of time, but who was she kidding, her life had already begun to revolve around him, sure she hadn’t spent the night over at his house yet or him at hers, but what did that matter? They could just dive right into this. That seemed the best to her.
“Yeah—of course I want to live with you!” Eme said, her lips curved into a wide smile. Her eyes danced with excitement and she found herself wanting to move in with him more and more as every single second passed by. She could only imagine how much they could learn about each other, they would probably know more about each other in a month then many couples do in a year. She thought that she would probably know more about Madden in a month than she knew about Sebastian after they were together for a year.
She moved to kiss Madden’s hand as he touched her cheek and she smiled at him. “Surprising as it may be… my mother is going to be thrilled.” She stopped there because she didn’t want to scare him. She didn’t want to say that her mother had already talked about her possibly marrying Madden. She knew that when she was moving out her mother would say these things anyway; she would ask if she was pregnant yet, she would ask about the sex, she would ask if they were talking about marriage. And Eme would have to tell her no she wasn’t pregnant, they hadn’t had sex and marriage was… she didn’t really know. She didn’t know what Madden thought about marriage.

Madden figured the squeel that came from Eme was good. He smiled largely now. That was it, he was good for a while now. Madden didn't want to think of anything else other than the fact that Eme was going to move into his house. The male often got lonely in the big building, it was so empty. It had never been a home to him, there was never any love in the house. All that was going to change, Eme and her love were moving in. He'd have her all the time, whenever he wanted her. That was an amazing thought.
The male pulled her into him again, he didn't want to let go of her. Ever. It was just that simple. As much as he hated to, Madden began thinking of their future.. He stopped himself immediately. You made that mistake with Avery. No plans, just go with it. Day by day. Madden was paranoid. He'd lost Avery, and he'd be devastated if he lost Eme now. In any way, too. Not just to death. The male sighed and breathed in her scent. She smelled faintly of lavander and chocolate, to him at least. She smelled wonderful.
"Really?" Madden laughed as Eme told him her mother would be pleased. "I'd have figured she will try to rip my head off." Isn't that usually what mother's did when big bad men came in and tried to steal their daughters? Madden supposed it was, though was sure that Eme hadn't come from a "proper" family. Nobody's family was proper anymore.

The brunette haired girl laughed and shook her head. “No, my mom is all for the early love and living together and babies and crap. She thinks its right that way, she hates when people have their first kids at thirty and crap like that.” She didn’t know what Madden thought about kids and marriage and all that kind of shit, so she didn’t want to bring it up really. Not yet, not for a long time. One day she wanted children, she hoped she would maybe be with him at that time and he would be the father of her children; she hoped he would be her husband, but she didn’t know. She didn’t want to say that yes that would happen, because she had before… and now look at her, with another man… completely in love but still; this man was not Sebastian Rowyn.
His hair was not a color next to black, his hair wasn’t spiked the way that Sebastian’s hair was, his skin wasn’t nearly as tanned nor was his smile exactly blinding like Sebastian. Madden didn’t hold back on saying I love you, the way that Sebastian had for two and a half years. She resented him for that, because she never heard the words pass his lips, not to her. Never to her. Was she not worth love? Was that it?
“I want you to meet her soon…” Eme said to him, a small almost nervous smile tilting the corners of her lips upward. She didn’t know how he would react to that, some people freaked, but I mean it was a fair thing to say. He asked her to move in with him, he could meet her mom, that wasn’t anything really hard. Meeting her dad, she’d wait on that, he wouldn’t be too happy about that. He was the one that didn’t care for early marriage because he married early, and he wanted to divorce his wife five years in but stayed with her for nearly twenty something years before the divorce. “She’ll love you, I know she will.”

Madden laughed with her. He loved the sound of her laugh, well he just loved everything about her. "So I guess I have nothing to worry about then.." He laughed again and pulled her closer to him -if that was even possible. Madden was happy, and at that moment nothing could bring him down. Nothing. The memory of Avery was fading slightly, the smell of her that last time he saw her was leaving his nose.. Only for the moment, though. She'd be back, he knew it.
Avery always came back to him. No matter what he did or who, for that matter. Avery was his for eternity, in spirit at least. Sometimes she spoke to him, most of the time she told him to move on and that it wasn't his fault she left. It was just simply her time to go. Madden never believed her, he knew it was his fault, it was always his fault. There was nothing he could do to stop the curse that surrounded him. He should've stopped with Eme the moment he saw her. He couldn't lose her, too, but he couldn't stay away. His living angel was so much like his real angel. He needed her.
"I can do that." The male laughed and nuzzled his face into her hair and breathed her in. There was definitely nothing to bring him down. Meeting her mother seemed reasonable enough. After all, he'd just asked her to move in with him; after only two weeks of being together. He'd deal with her mother, and she didn't sound that bad either. "Well, if she's half the woman you are.. I'll love her right back." Madden mumbled from his spot in her hair and he laughed quietly before pulling back to look at her.

TIME SKIP apprx. two days
Mrs. Mary-Alice Tanner was beyond thrilled when her only child, her daughter had told her that she wanted to introduce her to the now infamous Madden. Her boyfriend who she had been completely head over heels for since the moment she met him it seemed. Emelia had told her that she was moving in with this boy, and at first her mother had thought it was completely insane but when she considered the way she talked about him she thought that maybe it would be alright. And it really wasn’t like she could stop her, Eme was twenty years old, she was an adult she made her own choices. Though Mary-Alice wanted to see how they acted together before she decided exactly how she felt about this.
Eme knew one thing when she had decided she wanted Madden to meet her mom at this point and that one thing was that her mother loved Sebastian more than anyone else. And Madden would be compared to Sebastian all the way from the sound of his voice to the way he was around her. Sebastian Rowyn was the boy that the Tanner family had wanted to have married Emelia, and Eme was worried that was what it always would be. She was almost afraid that her mother wouldn’t like Madden as much because she had been so attached to the idea of Eme and Seb.
Walking into the house Eme called out their presence and Mary-Alice came in from the kitchen. Eme looked very much like her mother; they shared the similar hair color, eyes and face shape. Though Mary-Alice was taller by a few inches and even a little bigger than some women with only one child. She wasn’t fat, there was no way to say that, she just wasn’t exactly thin per say. She hugged both Eme and Madden and introduced herself to her daughter’s boyfriend quickly. “I’ve got a great dinner prepared, I hope you like meat loaf, Madden!” Mary-Alice said with a jubilant smile on her face. Eme held Madden’s hand and looked up to him. “She’s going to get ridiculous by the end of the night.” The girl laughed.
